I’m a Lead UX Designer for M&T Bank, working remotely from Columbus, Ohio with 20+ years of software development experience. I combine my passion for UX with my background in project management and business analysis to deliver solutions for my clients that meet their customers needs.

After a career transition to UX Design in 2014, I’ve worked for various clients in industries such as banking, manufacturing, retail, government and education.

Through different roles, delivery methods, technologies and industries, I’ve seen and learned a lot about what makes software development teams successful.

I love being a beginner in a new client, industry or problem space and learning something new about the way the world works.

I’ve typically functioned as a “UX Team of One” for clients who are adopting user centered design for the first time. This has allowed me to gain experience as an evangelist, generalist, and being intimately involved with integrating with development teams new to UX.
